In Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka, the company has offered EPC and Consultancy for Solar power projects that generates 31 MW.

Mr. Shekhar Karale
Founder MD & CEO
Mr. Shekhar Karale is originally from Kolhapur. He completed his MBA in 1999, specializing in computer management and marketing management. He has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, including more than 15 years in the renewable energy industry, and over 10 years working with inverters, stabilizers, generators, UPS systems, and related equipment.
He possesses extensive knowledge of solar power plant EPC and liaison work related to MW-scale projects. He is experienced in managing the entire implementation process, from project inception to commissioning, for projects of any size in MW capacity.
Mr. Karale is responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of the company both in India and internationally. Previously, he served as Regional Head West at Veena Industries, where he led the modification and adaptation of several critical power systems to meet Indian requirements.
Mrs. Rachana Karale
Co-Founder Director & CFO
Mrs. Rachana Karale is a commerce graduate and the founder director, originally from Kolhapur. She completed her B.Com in 1997 and has over 10 years of experience in the energy generation industry. She possesses extensive expertise in the operational and financial aspects of our company, with strong knowledge of solar power plant EPC financials.
Mr. Santosh Gawle

Mr. Santosh Gawle is originally from Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. He is a business development partner specializing in land aggregation and solar projects in Madhya Pradesh. He has over 30 years of expertise and experience in land aggregation services throughout Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu.
Mr. Vijay Bagul

He is originally from Shrirampur. He is heading the liaison and project management department. He has over 30 years of expertise in the electrical industry, specializing in liaison and HT transmission lines.
