AI Pharma

AI Pharma Allied Industries is a flagship company of WPIPL in Biopharmaceuticals.
We are working in manufacturing Serum from Goats, also work in biological medical products or biologics, medicines derived from living cells or organisms. They are made from biological sources such as microorganisms, organs, tissues, animal fluids, or genetically modified cells and organisms. Biopharmaceuticals have revolutionized the treatment of many diseases and have the potential to deliver precise and personalized treatment.
- Blocking agent or negative control in immunoassays
- For immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry, used between 1 to 20% as a blocking agent in various studies
- Suitable alternative to FBS in a wide range of cell culture applications (e.g. isolation and identification of viruses produced in a variety of primary cells).
- Goat serum is a blocking agent and negative control in immunoassays. It’s also used in biomedical research applications like cultivating malarial parasites and primary cell lines.
- Goat serum is derived from clotted blood collected from healthy donor goats. It’s prepared from normal serum through a multi-step process that includes delipidation and selective precipitation.
- Goat antiserum is prepared by immunizing goats with a purified antigen. When the antibody response reaches the appropriate level, the serum is removed from the animals’ blood.
- Normal goat serum should be stored at –10°C to –20°C and expires one year from the date of receipt.
- Goat serum blocks the binding of Fc receptors in the sample to the primary and secondary antibodies used in the experiment, and also blocks non-specific binding of the antibodies to the sample. Goat serum is often used as a blocking solution prior to immuno labeling such as immunofluorescence imaging or immunohistochemistry. Using goat serum reduces the background due to immunoglobulins already present in the tissue.
- Goat serum is an alternative to bovine serum albumin (BSA) and non-fat dry milk. It can be used in antibody-based applications such as: Flow cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin Sections, and Immunohistochemistry-Frozen Sections.
- Undiluted stock solutions are stable for several weeks at 4°C or for up to 1 year at -20°C.
- Normal goat serum is a non-immune serum sample that contains the usual complement of serum proteins. It’s used as a blocking solution in immunohistochemistry (IHC) to reduce non-specific binding of proteins. For example, normal serum block prevents the secondary antibody from cross reacting with endogenous immunoglobulins in the tissue.
- Normal goat serum is collected from non-immunized animals in the US. It’s processed to minimize hemolysis and 0.2 μm filtered. The buffer formulation contains less than 0.1% sodium azide. Normal goat serum can be used as a control serum or blocking reagent at a 1:100-1:10,000 dilution.
- Normal goat serum can be stored at 2-8°C. Undiluted stock solutions are stable for several weeks at 4°C or for up to 1 year at -20°C.
- Goat Serum is obtained from normal healthy goats. It is broadly used as a blocking solution to reduce non-specific binding in antibody-based assays.
